First Week of Preschool

Alexa had her first week of preschool last week. She is really enjoying it but we will see if any of the luster has worn off now that it isn't as new. She has made at least one good friend already. She even napped at least two days, which is probably more than she has napped in the last two months. Four of the five days she had really good days, but unfortunately she had to come home early one day because she wasn't making good choices. That was Thursday and luckily Friday was better, so fingers crossed for no more days like that.

We are still learning signing, and although we didn't learn very many new signs last week Alexa has mastered most of the signs we have introduced. She is up to over 80 now and Kaya has added ball and please to her repertoire, bring her to eight. She is also using the word ball a lot, but is mostly sticking to NO!, Mine! and mommy mostly, with the occasional I did it! thrown in...
